Privacy Policy

Last updated July 31, 2026

Coho ("Coho," "we," "us") provides software tools for Airbnb hosts. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Payment information — subscription and billing details are processed by Stripe. Coho does not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage data— the inputs you provide to and outputs you generate with Coho's tools, stored so the tools can function and so you can access your own history.

How we use it

Solely to operate your account, run the tools you use, process billing, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run Coho: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your free-tier access and account remain unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data entirely. Contact support@gocoho.io for any of these requests.

Cookies

Coho uses cookies required for authentication (via Clerk) and payment processing (via Stripe). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email.
